greeklish2greek.gr is an independent, free tool. Privacy is at the core of how it's built.

Your text never leaves your device

The conversion happens entirely in your browser. The text you type or paste is never sent to any server — there is no API or backend that could see it. The converter even works offline.

Local storage

For convenience, your last preference (direction/style) may be stored in your browser's local storage. Your text is not stored. Anything kept stays only on your own device.

Traffic analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that uses no cookies and builds no user profiles. It collects only aggregate, anonymous figures.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If ads are added in future, third-party cookies may be used.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery; processes technical connection data (e.g. IP) to serve the page.
• Google Fonts — fonts load from Google, which may receive your IP. (After the first load they are cached locally for offline use.)

Advertising (future)

The site shows no ads today. In future it may show ads via third-party networks (e.g. Google AdSense), which may use cookies. You can manage these via Google's ad settings. This policy will be updated before any advertising goes live.
